New Hire Training Progm
This new hire training program helped San Francisco State University's Center for Equity and Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CEETL) train new hires in the Administrative Analyst job classification. I designed 12 modules in Moodle, containing screencasts and explainer videos, e-learning modules, printable job aids, slide decks, and other resources.

The Challenge
As of 2020, CEETL was a newly established department with a broad reach. CEETL serves 1,700 faculty members, so its operational needs are pressing. However, no training existed for the back-end systems that new staff members needed to use. Onboarding timeframes were lengthy, inconsistent, and inefficient. Processes were not documented or operationalized.
The Solution
As the Operations and Communications Lead, I created a new hire training program housed in Moodle. The program was designed to streamline staff onboarding and training timelines. The program contains 12 course modules, 2 of which contain Storyline courses.
