Job Aids and Infographics

INTERACTIVE JOB AIDS

These interactive job aids are part of a New Hire Training Program that introduces new hires to the various forms they will work with and shows them how to fill them out. Interactive job aids were developed in Genially and housed in a Moodle-based LMS.

OTHER JOB AIDS

These job aids were created as just-in-time resources for employees in the Administrative Analyst job classification at San Francisco State University. They are part of the New Hire Training Program that I designed and developed.

Client:

Center for Applied Research Solutions

Time in Development:

This project took approximately two weeks.

My Role:

I worked with a SME who provided research and resources on the project, while I wrote the results into the final pamphlet seen here. I also performed light database research to round out the content.

Project Description:

This is a guide designed to help school administrators in Flint, Michigan choose evidence-based, trauma-informed programming for their middle and high school student populations. The introductory section was written to be easily accessible for busy administrators, while the guide section was designed to be easy to skim.

INFOGRAPHICS

These infographics were created as introductory overviews of complex processes for employees in the Administrative Analyst job classification at San Francisco State University. They are part of the New Hire Training Program that I designed and developed. These infographics are accompanied by explainer videos and e-learning modules in the larger program.
